Rylan’s Miles to Miracles is a grassroots organization located in Ashland, Kentucky. Since we are small, we are always seeking sponsors and volunteers. And most of all, we coveat your prayers as we move forward. We are not in this to make money, rather, we can’t wait to give it away! We ask that you prayerfully consider donating to our foundation. You may do this by simply selecting an amount to give and mailing it to us (Checks should be made out to ‘Rylan’s Miles to Miracles’) or by credit/debit card via Paypal (you don’t need a Paypal account to do this).
Money Per Mile: Our favorite type of donation is what we like to call “Money Per Mile”. Donny Prater (Rylan’s Dad) is going to run and cycle in several events this year and asks that you pick one and sponsor him in it. There are several distances, but whatever you decide, please know that any donation we receive will be handled with great care and you can trust us to be Godly stewards of it.
Just jump over to the Events Page and select a race. Then email your pledge amount to Donny Prater. Be sure to include your Name, Address, and Phone number in your message, and he’ll send you a confirmation as soon as he receives it. He’ll also send you updates via email of happenings in the foundation, training progress, and other significant things of interest. After the race is over, you’ll get an invoice that you can pay by mailing a check, or using Paypal.
Getting REALLY Involved: If you are a runner, racer, or walker and would like to get involved by gathering folks to sponsor you for a race or event, let us know (email us!). Whether you want to race in a managed event or organize your own, and whether you plan to walk a mile or finish a triathlon, we will help you with promotional items for gaining sponsors. We also provide everyone that ‘Runs for Rylan’ with a technical running shirt to wear in their event/s.
